    Result of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and update of Strategic Review 


    Result of AGM
    The Board of PSolve Alternatives PCC Limited announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 July 2008 all the resolutions put
to the meeting were duly passed. 


    Update of Strategic Review
    Further to the announcement made on 14 July 2008 that the Board was investigating a number of proposals for the future of the Fund, the
Directors announce that they have now concluded these investigations. 

    As part of the Fund's strategic review the Board, through its advisers, consulted with shareholders holding 85 per cent of the Fund's
shares. Based on the feedback received from holders and the Board's own views as to the future prospects for the Fund in light of its
performance to date, the Directors believe that the interests of shareholders will be best served by putting proposals to liquidate the Fund
and return cash to shareholders (less the costs of the liquidation). 

    The proposals are subject to shareholder approval. It is expected that a circular containing full details of the liquidation of the Fund
will be sent to shareholders by the end of August 2008, following receipt of regulatory approval, and that the proposals will be put to
shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting to be held by the end of September 2008.

    The nature of the investments in the Fund's portfolio will result in shareholders receiving more than
    one payment of their cash entitlement over a period of time. It is expected that the first payment,
    representing a significant majority of the value of the portfolio, will be made in October 2008.
