  PSOLVE ALTERNATIVES PCC LIMITED (the "Company")


 Interim Management Statement - 3 months to 31 March 2008 (unaudited)

 This statement has been prepared to provide additional information to
 Shareholders as a body to meet the relevant requirements of the UK Listing
 Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. It should not be relied upon
 by any party for any purpose other than as stated above.


 PSolve Alternatives PCC Limited was incorporated with limited liability in
 Guernsey under the Companies Laws on 30 November 2005 with registered number
 44008 as a protected cell company and a closed-ended investment company in
 which different Cells may be created. The Company operates under the
 Companies Laws and ordinances and regulations made thereunder, and the
 Ordinance, and has no subsidiaries nor any employees. It is established with
 one Cell known as the PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund (GBP) which has an
 unlimited life.
