LONDON--Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) said Monday that at 1200 GMT on Sept. 28 it either owned or had received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of 132.92 million Psion PLC (PON.LN) shares, or 93.91%, and that the offer is now unconditional in all respects.
MAIN FACTS:
-Offer will remain open for acceptances until further notice.
-As at 1200 GMT on Sept. 28, Motorola Solutions had received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of 118.84 million Psion shares, or 83.96% of Psion, and 93.23% to which the offer relates.
-Psion shares at 0900 GMT unchanged at 88 pence valuing the company at 124.55 million pounds.
