LONDON--Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) said Thursday as at 1200 GMT on Sept. 12 it either owned or had received valid acceptances of the offer for Psion PLC (PON.LN) in respect of 131.36 million shares, or 92.80%, and that the offer is now unconditional as to acceptances.
MAIN FACTS:
-As at 1200 GMT on Sept. 12 Motorola Solutions had received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of 117.28 million Psion shares, or 82.86%.
-Offer is being extended until 1200 GMT on Sept. 28.
-Psion shares at 0725 GMT up 1 pence, or 0.86%, at 88 pence valuing the company at 123.49 million pound.
