Announcement of Partial Redemption

Capitalized terms used in this notice and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Series 2020-1 Global Note Certificate. We hereby give notification that an amount equal to USD 1,015,000,000 will be repaid on 15 November 2024 by way of partial redemption to the holders of the notes.

The outstanding Notes after the redemption will be USD 435,000,000.
