NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 12 MONTHS TO 31ST DECEMBER
                                      2002



The Board of Property Fund Management Plc ("PFM"), the only fully quoted
property fund manager specialising in establishing and acting for institutional
funds focused on management intensive industrial property both within the UK and
Europe, announces that it will release its preliminary results for the 12 months
to 31st December 2002 on Tuesday 11th March 2003.



These will be PFM's first set of preliminary results since flotation in May
2002.
