                               DIRECTORATE CHANGE



Property Fund Management plc ("PFM") today announces that Manish Chande is
changing his role on the Board. Now that PFM has successfully established itself
as a listed company Manish will become a non-executive director of PFM with
immediate effect.



The Board of PFM is pleased that it will continue to benefit from Manish's
expertise and services in a non-executive capacity and wishes to thank him for
his contribution as an executive director.
