Trading in the second half of 2001 ahead of market expectations

FRIDAY, 30 November 2001 --- Project Telecom, a leading UK independent
provider of wireless voice and data services to the corporate sector,
announces that the strong performance achieved by its Corporate Services
division in the first half of 2001 has continued during the second half of the
year.

Consequently, given current trading conditions, the company expects that the
results for the year ending 31 December 2001 will significantly exceed market
expectations.

In a highly competitive market environment, demand from the corporate sector
for Project Telecom's services remains strong with average revenue per user
being maintained.
