Probability announces that, following the sanction by the court of the Scheme on 29 April 2014, certain directors exercised Probability Options over a total of 419,092 ordinary shares of 1p in Probability "(Ordinary Shares") as described below. The 419,092 new Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted. The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company following the exercise of all Probability Options in connection with Scheme is 35,837,866.
