Principality Building Society has appointed Debra Williams as Non-Executive Director to its Board.

Debra brings a wealth of board level experience and will bring considerable experience in the e-commerce and digital transformation arenas.

Debra's experience includes board level positions across the financial and fintec industry, including Admiral Group and Tesco Bank. Debra's CV also includes senior positions at Swansea University, Confused.com and Tesco Compare, where she was CEO during 2008-2010.

"The opportunity to work with a mutual society with a commitment to delivering real value to its Members is an honour and one which I appreciate greatly. I look forward to joining at an exciting time for the organisation and working closely with the team to ensure the continued success of such an important and historical organisation."
