Non-executive director to leave Principality's Board
Non-Executive Director Natalie Elphicke OBE is to leave the Board of Principality Building Society.
Natalie joined Principality in 2012 and will leave the Society on 31(st) July 2018 after six years' service. She was the Chair of the Board Risk Committee and also served as a member of the Society's Audit and Governance and Nominations Committees.
Chair of the Board Laurie Adams said: "Natalie has been a highly valued member of the Board. I'd like to thank her for all her hard work as the Chair of the Board Risk Committee and I wish her well in her future endeavours."
