    ("Prestbury" or "the Company")

    Suspension of trading on AIM

    Under the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company is required to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 by 30
September 2008.  The Company has advised AIM Regulation that it will not be able to release its interim results by the required date.
Accordingly, dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on the AIM market have been suspended with effect from 7.30a.m. this morning.

    A further announcement will be made in due course.
