                         ("Prestbury" or the "Company")

                      Change of Accounting Reference Date



The Company announces that it has changed its financial year end from 31 October
to 31 December.

The current financial year has now been extended to 14 months; running from 1
November 2006 to 31 December 2007. The Group now expects to publish a second set
of interim results for the six months to 31 October 2007 by the middle of
January 2008. The preliminary results for the 14 months to 31 December 2007 are
expected to be published in May 2008. Thereafter financial years will run from 1
January to 31 December.
