Benjamin Graham author of "Intelligent Investor" says you should put no more than 10% of your portfolio in to anything speculative. The question is how do you define or measure risk? Were can a private investor go to get a view on such things? I hold my PTTC in certificated format so could use the loss if that were the outcome. P |
