30/6/2009 17:43 | Looks like the chairman could be putting more money here at 1p as the below paragraph makes reference to takeover rules and he has the largest holding at about 17%. 'The board of Premier also announces that completion of the exercise of the option is conditional, inter alia, upon the Company raising not less than GBP300,000 through a placing of new ordinary shares at a minimum issue price of 1p each, the granting by The Takeover Panel of a Rule 9 Waiver in respect of the issue of the Consideration Shares and admission to trading on AIM'. | hena79
30/6/2009 17:40 | Clear run and very positive chart:- | hena79
30/6/2009 17:38 | The chairman wasn't on holiday in America then last week. 'In the event that Premier does not exercise the Option, the consideration payment will be satisfied by cash or through the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1 penny each (being the nominal value of the Company's shares), at the discretion of Premier' Excellent rise of 115% on NEWS and because the issue price of new shares is 1p. More good news will now follow imo and as stated previously last week the chairman has his holdings at 0.50p and 2p so was no suprise to see new shares possibly being issued at 1p. Should be 1p tomorrow and another 100% rises to match the new issue price of 1p. Can't buy much at all and rightly so as the price should be 1p on today's news. The chairman does hold £85,000 worth of stock still also at 2p! | hena79
30/6/2009 17:33 | Excellent rise and excellent news out not only with the option agreement but also the price of 1p for new monies. TopInfo, that is brilliant to buy £487 worth rather when you won't be able to even get £100 worth in the morning. Should be 1p tomorrow and another 100% rises to match the new issue price of 1p. | hena79

30/6/2009 15:39 | tomboyb. I've filtered treacle because i know he's biased as normal :-)) I'm not adverse to buying one of his stocks if i think i can make money out of it, i'm not bitter etc etc, fact is they are acquiring 2 business by issuing shares at 1p, those business's dont look anything special but what is going to happen to the ords traded now, will they stay at a large discount or will they catch, i might throw £300 at it for a silly gamble, we'll see. | 8trade
30/6/2009 15:36 | Told you to buy tomboy...even now 0.35p to buy against 1p placing price. | hena79

30/6/2009 14:55 | 8trade barry gold is a bit of a dealer so raising monies at 1p per share is brilliant in this enviroment considering we are at 0.20p. | tomboyb
30/6/2009 14:53 | Yes tomboy....0.25p to buy now...WIN-WIN situation. 1p is on its way imo. | hena79
