Board Changes
Partners Holdings Plc ("Partners") announces the
appointment of Mr. Alan Goodwin FCA to the Board as
Finance Director. Mr Goodwin was formerly the Finance
Director of Thorntons Plc.
The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. Mark
Tompkins as a Non-executive Director. Mr. Tompkins, who
represents the largest shareholder group in Partners, was
a founder of the Pet City Plc retail chain and is
currently a director of Shoplink Inc., the leading US
internet retailer.
Concurrently with these appointments, Mr. Nicholas Ward
FCA has resigned his Non-executive Directorship with the
Company. The Board extends its thanks to Mr. Ward for
his contribution since he joined the Board as a Non-
executive Director immediately prior to last year's
flotation.
