Poplar HARCA Capital Plc (the Issuer)

GBP250,000,000 4.843 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2043 (the Bonds)

The Issuer's parent Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association Limited has agreed to sell GBP50,000,000 in principal amount of Retained Bonds on 9 April 2021.

On 6 November 2020 the Issuer issued GBP110,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds. The Issuer immediately sold GBP85,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds to its parent Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association Limited (the Retained Bonds).

Following the sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds in issue will remain GBP250,000,000, of which GBP35,000,000 will be Retained Bonds held by or on behalf of Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association Limited.
