|Starlight Investments Limited which has today sold 14,250,000 Poole   |
|Investments plc ("PI") shares to Inland. The aggregate voting rights  |
|controlled by Inland plc and Starlight Investments Ltd. is 55,922,500 |
|representing 30.24% of the total voting rights attaching to PI shares.|

|The PI shares sold by Starlight Investments Ltd were subject to       |
|irrevocable undertakings to accept the Offer.                         |

|and subject to irrevocable undertakings to accept the Offer amount to |
|69,275,354 PI shares representing 37.46% of its issued share capital. |
