Polymer Logistics N.V., (the "Company") a leading provider of retail 'one-touch' 
logistics solutions to retailers and suppliers in the UK, Continental Europe and 
the US, announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Group is to be 
held at the offices of Holland Van Gijzen Advocaten en Notarissen LLP, Boompjes 
258, 3011 XZ Rotterdam, on February 4, 2009 commencing at 14:00 (GMT+1). 
 
 
The EGM has been convened in order to resolve upon the appointment of Micha 
Geiger as a director of the Company with title Director B, who has been 
nominated by the Board of Managing Directors of the Company The agenda thereto 
is available for inspection as to the date of this notice at the head office of 
the Company during normal working hours at Vierbundersweg 15, Dongen, the 
Netherlands. The agenda will remain available for inspection at the designated 
address until the end of the meeting.

Polymer Logistics' Retail Ready Packaging (RRP) is designed to be 'display 
ready' from factory to the point of sale. Consumers purchase directly from RRP 
units in-store, with no requirement for retailers to unpack goods from the RRP 
units onto the shelves. The units are reusable, thereby reducing the 
environmental impact due to the volume of waste created by disposable 'one-way' 
packaging made out of timber or cardboard. In addition, Polymer Logistics' RRP 
units are stackable and foldable and are designed to maximize the capacity of 
delivery vehicles which reduces the number of trips required to be taken in the 
logistics loop. 
 
 
Polymer Logistics is based in the Netherlands with subsidiaries in the UK, 
Israel, Italy and the US and branch office in Spain. Its principal customers are
