Polymer Logistics N.V. (the "Company") announces it has received notice on 12 
April 2009 that on 9 April 2009, Aharon Eden, Gideon Feiner's father purchased 
1,000,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the Company for 9.75p a share. 
Following this purchase Gideon Feiner and his family have a beneficial holding 
of 27,104,660, amounting to 34.8% of the Company's total voting rights.
