Additional Listing
Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the
London Stock Exchange for 150,000 new ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that
Admission will occur on 7 April 2008.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share
capital with voting rights and which is admitted to trading on AIM will consist
of 77,752,083 ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each, with one voting right per share.
