As at 30th June, 2002, the number of shares which were not issued under the 
Executive Share Option Scheme of the Company was 70,900,523.  Since then, due to
the expiration of the exercise period, 2,221,275 options to subscribe for shares
have lapsed and have been cancelled on 28th July, 2002.
