MaybeSum, i also communicated with the company this morning regarding tgeasset finance matter and they confirmed adequate funding is already in place. the nitty gritty the details which you're trying to get is not that simple. What u are not understanding is if PPG formally contract there are enormous upfront and ongoing fees which are entirely unnecessary until the finance is ACTUALLY required.

Answering maybesum on this thread because trying to get another thread going is ridiculous. The asset finance is in place. Final terms not nailed down . I'm totally confident of this but of course until an rns arrives saying in place there is no guarantee. This question is a complete red herring . Asset finance will be in place for the build out. End of!

re emmissions ; from Q & A

What are Plutus PowerGen’s (PPG) flexible energy generators run on?

PPG has an MOU with UK based Green Biofuels Limited for the supply of its proprietary renewable fuel 'Green D+' for use across the Company's portfolio. This biofuel is made from waste or end of life oils which are processed into a synthetic mineral diesel. It burns quickly, has low emissions and is smokeless. Noise pollution may be an issue, but please note that land used to develop a project is industrial wasteland – brownfield land. Additionally, projects are only operational for between 100 – 200 hours per year.

Major lse de-ramper trying to start a different thread. Ignore.

check out new Q & A page on Plutus ;

"We welcome further questions. If you have any, please email us at qanda@plutuspowergen.com. We will review the questions and then post a response where appropriate and subject to regulatory constraints. Furthermore the Company will post responses to questions sent to individual Plutus executives onto this page so that we can deal with all of our investors equally, fairly and efficiently. We regret that we cannot reply to individual emails."

On Defra issuePretty well covered on this issue in 3 ways.....1. Number of hours we are operational 2. Bio diesiel or even glycerine fuels can be used and  reduce emissions3. Modest costing of retrofit emission reducing kit.So honestly it's not a concern at all.

Yes, take a look at the Q & A Section on the Plutus Company Website. In black and white, ALL PLANTS WILL BE POWERED BY GREEN FUELS.....OR GAS.

A new thread!! Just what we need. And no whoever you are this is not a new threat. Plutus are way ahead on this and comply with all regulations comfortably. All new Plutus plants will be powered by bio diesel and have far lower emissions.

Furthermore, change was proposed in 2007 and 2011 and nothing happened so there you are. Speaking to the company yesterday I may say they are proceeding with their build out plans as expeditiously as possible and have no worries adequate funding is available.

I heard the same, savvy, from my consultations. And this is hugely positive, as you say, and should help restore sentiment after the recent panic, which was a market over-reaction.

One industry insider called the whole reaction thing "b#ll#x", since the Triad issue would have in any case very little change on the Plutus business even in the worst case scenario.

Super frustrating for the directors, no doubt, but very difficult to RNS - "b#ll#x" or to explain to investors that even in the worse case scenario it was not going to make a lot of difference to their plans.

Onwards and upwards for Plutus, given a few more days/weeks to settle down the dust of the recent stampede out of the share and people have a chance to calmly consider the potential here again to make significant gains, if they re-invest in Plutus and its rapid growth story.

GLA!!

Did quite a bit of research yesterday afternoon into the industry response to ofgem report. I called green frog , new power among others. There seems to be a consensus building that there will be some sort of moratorium on the whole proposal . Talk is of a proper 2 year review of the whole sector . This would mean that incentives like triad would be at worst frozen at current levels. What would this mean for Plutus? Well, in my opinion it is hugely positive. If you add on another three years to the two year moratorium then Plutus would have already paid off any asset finance it needs to get the sites built well before that five year date. By then other income streams will have replaced triad . This makes Plutus massively oversold .

Sippdeal. Very good . I use them and Hl and Barclays . Sippdeal definitely the best of those three . Incidentally I took out a month of level 2 to see whether helped with AIM stocks. Total waste of money . Only way to tell market is dummy buys and sells. Advfn showing level 2 sells at 1.15 now. Whereas as you can sell at 1.2.

Indeed nw99. The whole thing is a storm in a tea cup. At the very least we should see a rise up to where it fell on the first day which was about 1.7. When it emerges that the business is as sound as supporters believe it be there is no reason why this shouldn't race above 2p.
