Marvin9, what is FACT is people buy and sell regardless of company news or upcoming news...people have private lives and all need money for different things..my brother last year had to sell shares in a stock to pay for a family holiday. ..he didn't want to but he had to. Share went up afterwards....nothing in the stockmarket is straightforward as you make it out to be. You assume that because someone is selling then he must know something....more often than not it has nothing to do with the stock. I've been a stockbroker dealing with institutional clients for 25 years. I know what I'm talking about. ..you are guilty of simply over analysing daily movements and trades

My last word responding to marvin. You seem permanently angry with trades and it seems to be your entire interest and comment here. You seem to think that some of the longer term holders know nothing more than gossip. If you care to read back on posts from Zengas, myself and Bishop over many months you will find information; yes information about the company, it's business model, it's progress. Yet all you hark on about is daily sells. The extra capacity auction finished yesterday. FACT. We will know the result of that on 14th Feb. FACT. The company has £25 million of asset finance agreed and ready to go with Lombard. FACT. The company is in late stage negotiations regarding 80% ownership of further sites. FACT. Cantor have a current price target of 3.8. FACT.
Share prices of companies go up and down, especially on AIM, on a daily basis. That is not the business of the company. As investors we calculate whether we feel the current price is fair value, overvalued or undervalued. We then invest, hold or sell on that basis.

Well a tip for the races is that the constant seller will continue and hashas dumped mega stock around 2 pm Yehhhhhhhhhhha!

January's share trading has been particularly difficult to decipher on some days, and I have been cautious in my interpretation of trades in the "??? category".

However, it has been reasonable to move some( 17 trades in total, amounting to 7,717,820 shares) into the "Buy category". A high probability that the remainder in the ??? category were definitely SELLS.

Here is the breakdown:

BUYS: 26,702,715
SELLS: 18,971,211
??? : 12,656,242

If my assessment is correct, then SELLS (SELLS plus ??? Trades) were 31,627,453 in total, 4,924,738 more Sells that Buys.

If all Trades in the ??? category were in fact SELLS, then the total SELLS increases to 39,345,273, making 12,642,558 more SELLS than BUYS.

It is clear that the Sellers had the upper hand for the month of January. Nevertheless the market maintained the trading range pretty well.

Will February be different with the Bulls having the ascendancy?

Let's hope so.

Don't worry about the thumbs marv, some shareholders only want to hear bullish news.

Also getting tired of the constant ramping with comments such as 'I hear from my source that good news is just around the corner, 10p by the end of the month etc'.
