bishopawn, good post. I just checked on the Ipswich planning site and the full planning applications submitted in August last year have been withdrawn. Are you aware of new applications there?

Whilst we wait for a re-application/clarification of the Bristol site plan, Plutus has another "iron in the fire" at Ipswich apparently, with possible planning permission for a double site there, before the end of July. So better to be "IN" than "OUT" at this juncture, though many here have been "IN" since readmission to AIM and will continue to be "IN" after we have reached the Cantor Fitzgerald target of 3.8 pence a share. I for one will be very disappointed if we are not there by Christmas at the latest. Ideally, it would be great to be far in excess of that share price, if we get some cracking news on funding without dilution. Given the attractiveness of the business plan, it would not surprise me that the directors are spoilt for choice with regard to a number of sources of funding. But sooner rather than later, they will have to make their minds up and do the deal. Furthermore, there always remains the "danger" of a predator swooping in to grab Plutus, as has already happened with similar companies this year. Let's hope the price they have to pay is many multiples of 3.8 pence. I for one would be happy with 30 pence!!! LOL!!! Best of luck to everyone.

news flow has been somewhat limited so far this year

Can understand you savvy. I stopped a while back. Convinced this is going to be a huge success but not worrying in day to day basis

I think I'm going to give up posting. I know good things are going to happen here. Just a question of time

5% fall suggests someone knows . . or thinks they do.

Well some people know the result of the Bristol planning meeting (those there). Not deemed worthy of an RNS at 07:00 - does this mean rejection? Guess I just have to wait and see.

No idea folder boy . Baffling . I do think some people are just retreating wholesale from the stock market though. "Buy when fear is all around you"

nopolipo,

I think that you should apologise for your silly comment. You know nothing about me.

New - NEW. You jest. Heavily invested here and, whilst not an old timer, certainly don't think i'm new. Am also old!

Apologies for replying to that comment, I don't often post but... - if you check (and its not difficult) you'll find ive been on ADVFN for around 12 years. Ive held PPG for around 12 months and posted occasionally in that time. No aliases involved and im not a short term ramper.

Agreed. Fantastic news and what a thorough report. Would be a scandal if they rejected.

fantastic read, its clear Plutus have massively impressed the council with the changes they've made to the previous application. The council is almost fawning over the proposal. Cant see anything but permission granted on the 13th from this. please read it and make your own mind up though. IMO if this proposal is replicated elsewhere then the brakes are off.

I too have just dug into the Bristol planning docs and indeed the 5th July report fully recommends granting of planning ; It will be decided on 13th July but should be a formality in spite of the nimby objections which are thoroughly dealt with in the report. For the actual recommendation go to page 10
