Thanks for that, but I don't get it. What prompted the first such comment on LSE? Do PPG know anything about ventilators? Do they have suitable manufacturing facilities? Do they have enough cash to procure materials? etc. Is this a material fact - do they need to RNS?

How are they going to pay the proposed two new directors? In fact, why would any competent new director even want to join PPG? The company has no money and no business and is only staying afloat until May because of two short term loans. The II's must know something important that I don't know because I simply cannot understand why this company has not already filed for bankruptcy.
