29/10/2018 12:05 | Buyers appearing maybe you guys are getting in | nw99
29/10/2018 12:03 | Sadly you are wrong on so many counts strange you post such things. | nw99
29/10/2018 11:59 | Funding has/is taking an extraordinary time to arrange..... lenders want a decent return prospect on their cash and clearly they don't see that happening with ppg.As for Prawn and his incessant ramping gibberish...just ignore....he would still be ramping if this went to 0.010p. His ramping is based on nothing of substance whatsoever. There are big sellers here and I believe they are the resident ramping squad. | maybesum
29/10/2018 11:48 | monty, we thought you were going to stay away, oh and 1savvyinvestor seems to promise to stay away on a weekly basis, but never does. I think a1m1investor stays away because YOU'VE forgotten the password to log back in as him! Lilah is as entitled as anyone to express her opinion, you don't like it as it makes the board look no better than an episode of the THREE STOOGES! | pbanus
29/10/2018 11:29 | Lilah1, I thought u were going to stay away from this board for a while ? ...anyhow, I agree with 1renard that Paul has got experience. Secondly, the issue is securing the financing deal and that the industry specific issues are largely covered... | montynj
29/10/2018 11:13 | It sounded at the weekend that Bishop was suggesting more selling this week, so is BISHOP the BIG SELLER? In terms of a replacement CEO it sounds like the company are struggling for cash if what they say about having to control admin expenses is to be believed, so there isn't the money to employ a new CEO. They also wouldn't be able to give him an sizeable immediate equity stake. | pbanus
29/10/2018 11:12 | I have some sympathy with your position lilah but you are not necessarily correct that they are not looking for someone. It's not a position to fill rapidly. In order to attract someone with the knowledge and industry experience they will have to induce someone away from another company. In the mean time Paul Lazaravic is extremely capable. At the moment it is accountancy skills and fund raising experience that they need. I'm sure the work force will grow once build out happens | 1renard
29/10/2018 10:11 | Where we find ourselves today is totally down to bad management. The blame solely lies with the management, they have over promised and under delivered There is only one full time member of staff and he is the only one with industry experience Tatnall and Longley are part timers with no industry experience or expertise in this sector at all, which is very worrying. They have other opportunities that they are also focused on, STHP, PPHP & FHP The replacement CEO has no experience in running a company in this sector, he is just an accountant We sadly lost our CEO, who did have a lot of sector experience. Management dont seem to be looking to replace him. We need an experienced team, with proven track records. The management team are paying themselves huge salaries. Unprofessional through out and lacking in investor relationship / PR | lilah1
28/10/2018 16:41 | Did someone say the directors have done exactly the same with other companies they are involved with; using them as a cash cow, running them dry then folding the companies up? So why has the FSA not been involved to investigate such alleged dodgy dealings? | chopyead
26/10/2018 23:07 | It could be that the selling this week, especially the 8 million and several junks of 250,000 have been deliberately timed to clear through the Market, before the AGM on Thursday, at which point Plutus will announce signed Heads of Agreement for Funding multiple Gas Sites in 2019. Better BEFORE than AFTER, and furthermore the market makers have been provided with cheap stock, with which to make a mint when it goes back over 2 pence sharpish. Just my speculation based on nothing. But it does seem a coincidence that the selling is ahead of the AGM and ahead of the expected RNS with very positive news. Next Thursday's RNS at 12.30 pm hopefully will be more than "All the Resolutions were duly passed at the Meeting" | bishopawn
26/10/2018 22:51 | since we are so interested in facts here is another . Plutus is not going bust. income far exceeds outgoings and once Rockpool spvs are properly counted as income the company will show a healthy profit. | 1savvyinvestor
26/10/2018 22:46 | Yup all the signs are that this sucker is going down. That comment about having to keep a lid on admin expenses is the sort of comment that comes out before administration. Bishop is doing his captain pugwash impression feverishly rowing away from the titanic | pbanus
26/10/2018 22:45 | Potentially three more dumping days until the AGM. So it could get to 0.5 pence by then. Whoopee for anyone with the cash to invest and who is not a Nervous Nellie! | bishopawn
26/10/2018 22:42 | Another day another dump. Distressed seller or a deceased seller. | bishopawn
26/10/2018 22:34 | Million shares sold just before close...was that Bisoprawn I wonder..he's in the lifeboat don't worry about that. But do expect him to keep ramping the possibility of transformative rns . | maybesum
26/10/2018 22:18 | More FAKE NEWS from Monty. We all understand the majority or minority shareholdings in the spvs, you're just throwing mud now in hope that some sticks. The company have said they have offers but nothing is signed, a bit odd don't you think? Perhaps I've had an offer from jenni Lopez, but nothing signed, kind of the same perhaps? Haha. If there's nothing to worry about why are you rampers running around like headless chickens? Why don't you top up your holding Monty? Why doesn't nw99 buy millions more shares in the company? I think we all know why... | pbanus
26/10/2018 20:30 | Strange question who would finance big amounts for a small cap co...the results already confirmed one co offered. £25mn...read read read...mkt cap has nothing to do with it..it's like you guys kept mixing up mezzanine financing with potential dilution as a scare story...u don't understand SPVs either. | montynj
26/10/2018 20:00 | Do you do this in other shares or only PPG ? Do you actually invest at all ? | nw99
26/10/2018 19:41 | we're just discussing the facts monty, our thoughts have no impact on the share price at all. It's the mismanagement of the company that does that. The pivotal year, the funding news that was coming every week since January that has never arrived etc etc, You talk about a "news blackout", but representatives of the company have been using twitter, so there's been no news blackout...More FAKE NEWS from the full monty! If these shares are such great value monty, why aren't you buying them, you know "topping up", "buying the dip" as you and your crew invite others regularly to do!? Earlier in the year you said you had no spare cash, that was just before you bought your BIGDISH shares!! Remember?! | pbanus
26/10/2018 19:36 | When the financing deal is finally announced you guys will be blown to smithereens...it's easy for u guys to manipulate the share price down during the period of news blackout due to "advanced discussions for funding" | montynj
26/10/2018 19:31 | where's a1m1investor gone to, have they retired him off, or can't monty keep signed on under two aliases at the same time? hahahaha There could come a point where these shares get suspended...TICK TOCK! | pbanus
26/10/2018 19:26 | we just talk "facts" monty we don't play the games that 1savvyinvestor and his crew play. Wake up we're trying to help you! Look at what's happened to the other companies run by the same directors. | pbanus
26/10/2018 19:21 | It's pointless arguing...you will twist anything to suit your argument. Any sensible investor will still wonder why u are constantly on this thread when you don't like the company...it does not make sense. The only thing that does make sense is if you have a hidden agenda or a grudge against the company for some reason.... | montynj
26/10/2018 19:20 | we don't need to ask Rockpool monty, we read the company accounts :-) Go and have a lie down...haha | pbanus
26/10/2018 19:16 | The share price is only part of the story Monty (you really are out of your depth) it's the market capitalisation that's important and the income to finance the debt. The directors can't even agree in the last financial results whether they are going to keep the income producing assets (fact), why would anyone lend them money with that attitude? It's like going to a bank manager saying "I'd like to borrow some money to buy a house, yes I currently have an income, but as soon as you lend me the money I might jack the job in" - so how would you then repay the debt? Are you still with us with this one Monty? I know you do struggle with simple arguments like this...as Chopyead mentions you really must be on something! | pbanus |
