Hahahahaha, I don't even think you can delete posts. I know I never said it as it's not something I would say. I have never given a specific time and amount.

Do you spend most of your life being wrong?

@A1m1Investor, the quotes you are dredging relates to a time when 1savvyinvestor was trusted to be accurate, so his numbers weren't challenged. We've now found his data to be as reliable as the Venezuelan currency, so we now use source data from the company reports.

when anyone presents 1savvyinvestor with facts about his own behaviour or facts from the accounts of the spvs that he really can't argue against, he calls people "idiots"...form your own view who the idiot is when the finance director believes an asset to be worth £4.2M but 1savvyinvestor somehow thinks it's worth £10M....Let's have a guess at which alias 1savvyinvestor is going to sign on in as next...

Thanks for bothering to trail back over that idiots posts aiminvestor. He can never takes facts so immediately tries to turn them against you . So now apparently you are me as well! Anyway I'm sticking to quiet reflection after the death of Phil Stephens and thinking of his family. Apparently he and Charles Tatnal had investor meetings last week and he seemed full of good health and cheer . A very sad sudden passing.

The second option is for PPG to buy out Rockpool. To do this they would need to raise further capital , on the current figures above they’d need £13.86M just to get the diesel sites. This is on top of the £125M they want for gas sites – not very likely in my opinion. If you believe savvy that each SPV is worth £10M they would need to find another £33M to buy Rockpool out (0.55 x £60M) plus continue to service the accumulated £12M debt combined for each spv. 1Aim1investor believes current and projected income from the 6 current spvs would help PPG raise capital. Well it would help them raise the finance to buy out the Rockpool estate, but that income would then be needed to service that debt. It wouldn’t service another £125M of debt. If PPG sell next year when Rockpool do then they clearly can’t use the income from the assets that won’t continue beyond the sale date. It would be like trying to get a 25 year mortgage with one year’s worth of income. 1Aim1investor is just a cheerleader for the rampers, he has no idea of business lending.

We are led to believe that Rockpool will sell in Q2 2019. PPG either sell their stake then or try to buy it out.

The first site that Rockpool and PPG built was Attune which is a standalone SPV like the other five Rockpool sites. The accounts for Attune are available at Companies House. The value of the assets in the latest accounts for Attune is £4.2M. 1savvyinvestor argues that each SPV is worth £10M, so he thinks Attune is worth £10M. Companies are allowed to revalue assets at fair value. If PPG revalued each SPV at £10M it would help their cause in raising capital to fund their proposed gas portfolio. It would look like they had far more assets and thus equity with which to try to convince lenders to lend them some funds to build the gas sites. PPG have taken the view that Attune is worth £4.2M not £10M. 1savvyinvestor’;s assumption of £10M value of each SPV isn’t even shared by the finance director of PPG. So we work on the basis that each SPV is worth £4.2M, that’s what the PPG finance director believes them to be worth remember. Thus the combined portfolio of assets = 6 x £4.2M = £25.2M. Rockpool contributed cash to the build cost of each SPV (this was their 55% share). PPG raised debt to fund their 45% share of each SPV. There is £2M of debt remaining on the balance sheet of each SPV. So in total there is 6 x £2M = £12M. When these assets are sold at the value listed in the accounts of each SPV Rockpool will take a 55% share and won’t be liable for any of the debt – they put cash in remember. So Rockpool come out with 55% of £25.2M = £13.86M. Option 1 for PPG is to sell when Rockpool do in Q2 2109. PPG will have to redeem the debt they incurred, so out of their 45% share they get 45% of £25.2M, which is £11.34M and then pay off the £12M debt. Currently this would mean they would still owe £660,000 . When Rhug1966 mentioned that PPG was valueless these are the figures that show it.

I think what we can conclude is that a1m1investor and 1savvyinvestor are ONE and the SAME!
