I would agree that someone has been shorting to get the money to pay for their convertibles, otherwise why didn't they buy them before? I am not sure why they were reintstated after lapsing.

if forrest dont announce a holding RNS, then you know why the share price has been falling. They were short selling the 48m or so shares that they were going to receive in the loan note conversion.

Concur with Reestie3's thoughts. The BakerBrothers investment may allow the potential for a future US listing. Look at the multiples achieved for similar companies in the US and you see just how undervalued PLE is.

I also like the paragraph from today's RNS : "The premature ejaculation market offers significant potential for development and growth given the absence of any widely approved pharmaceutical therapy with good patient acceptance. As a result an effective drug therapy for premature ejaculation may have a commercial potential comparable to erectile dysfunction drugs"

I find it incredible that those making constant downbeat comments think themselves so clever and believe that other readers take their thoughts seriously.
Ple management have put together a reasonable marketing deal that should bring handsome profits and share price increases. I wouldnt be surprised to see a Nasdaq listing following FDA approval / us marketing agreement (see gwp).......then this low share price will be history. So let's have sensible comments here esp from ple investors.

News trumps TA every time so that would be more significant right now. Also, there's the placing situation hanging over the share which needs to be worked through. From previous experience the current pull back is pretty common, lasts a while but reverses quickly when it does. But who knows this is the stock market after all.

Share Capital

As at 19 September 2014, the Company's share capital consisted of 632,205,154 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). No shares are held in Treasury. The fully diluted share capital is 1,042,310,179 ordinary shares of 1p each on the assumption that all loan notes, LTIPs and warrants issued by the Company were converted in full.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
