Playtech Takeover Rumours (PTEC)

Hang on. The Directors purchased Snaitech for 850 mill. In six years they trebled the value and negotiated the sale. Proceeds used to pay off a huge lump of debt and shareholders offered a massive special dividend. In the meantime they fought off a takeover offer that grossly undervalued the company, made a deal with MGM, secured leadership in their space and paid off my mortgage. They deserve every penny.
