Director Resignation
The Board of Playgolf, the developer and operator of advance public access multi-sport facilities in the UK, announces that it has
reluctantly accepted the resignation of Neil McGuinness, Finance Director, with immediate effect, following a dispute between Kilmartin
Property Group Ltd ("Kilmartin") and the Company's bankers concerning its joint venture with Kilmartin at its East Kilbride development. The
conflicts of interest arising from the dispute have left Neil in an untenable position, which has prompted his resignation.
An announcement will follow in due course regarding Neil's replacement.
