03/1/2006 17:10 | Just a bit of a lack of interest thats all. Money moving elsewhere. By the spring/summer we will see our day. Everyone with the info knows that this company is sitting on one of the biggest platinum mines in the world. Its just a case of confirmed results now. £6m in the bank will probably mean going to the market again to get some more cash but thats the only drawback I see. | specul8or2
23/12/2005 10:38 | seem to be doing the right things and getting on with it, doesn't seem to much interest with this at the moment thtough | money4me
22/12/2005 06:06 | No, once they fleece one lot of investors they change broking houses, readvertise and fleece another lot.. | stu31
21/12/2005 22:57 | Do Cornhill think that they can just phone you up, to fall for another five card trick? | trop
21/12/2005 21:49 | I will never send Cornhills a Christmas card again! | trop
21/12/2005 16:19 | Hermana. You are correct. I will never buy anything that Cornhills have anything to do with. They are time wasters and talk a load but no action. Nice One with PVR. | topinfo
21/12/2005 13:19 | Top,it is a badly run pile of junk and definitely not Cornhills finest hour! A goon from Cornhill rang me on Tuesday to plug a new kak share and I told him that I was unimpressed with his last share i.e. PMCI. Fortunately I did not buy PMCI but instead bought PVR,which has risen from 1.7p to 3.2p. | hermana
21/12/2005 13:10 | Well thats me done with this bag of spanners. I didnt buy through Cornhill but bought because of Cornhill so I hold them responsible for talking me into buying into this kak share. Yes it may well be worth alot more one day but I would have rather bought it at 13.5p than 22p. I feel sorry for those who got them through Cornhill and had to pay them crooks commission too. I wouldnt mind if it had held its float price, nothing lost but to test the lows of 13p for the third time purely on lack of news and direction is down to the brokers and the company for not getting something positive out on the news front...anything would do. With the recent postponement of the AGM and the fact its almost 50% below float price, Ive bailed and will look at other stocks to make my cash back...Goodbye to PMCI and good riddens. | topinfo
20/12/2005 18:39 | well they better have something nice to talk about | money4me
19/12/2005 21:20 | Thats a long delay! | trop
19/12/2005 17:06 | I smell a fish and not a fresh one!!! | hermana
19/12/2005 16:48 | AGM delayed until late February - what's gone wrong?? Don't buy the Christmas travel story at all. RNS Number:8870V Platinum Mining Corp of India PLC 19 December 2005 19 December 2005 PLATINUM MINING CORPORATION OF INDIA PLC POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Board of Platinum Mining Corporation of India PLC ("PMCI" or "the Company") announce that it has decided to postpone the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which was due to be held tomorrow (20 December 2005). This decision follows representations from some shareholders who are based overseas and who received information about the AGM some days after shareholders in the UK. This has made it difficult for these shareholders to make arrangements to attend a meeting on 20 December 2005, particularly in the run-up to Christmas. Therefore the Board has exercised its powers under the Articles of Association to postpone the meeting in the interests of all shareholders. The Board now proposes that the AGM will take place in London on 23 February 2006, but this is subject to confirmation which will be sent in due course to all shareholders on the register.
