Pivot Entertainment Group plc (AIM: PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, was notified that on 27th January 2012, Jeremy Barbera, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 23,385 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19p per share. Prior to the transaction, Jeremy Barbera was interested in 9,326,615 ordinary shares. Following this purchase his total holding is now 9,350,000 representing 14.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.

If this company was valued at £120M i would worry, however its valued at £12M, .!!

This summer will be a real hit , just how long are punters going to be at the games.??

tara7 - I love your optimism and hope you are right - I was thinking 2012 would be a bad year with the Olympics disrupting all other forms of London entertainment especially the Theatre (some Theatres are actually closing for the duration of the Olympics) however the Company seem to be spreading their interests and despite the recession we are performing well - interestingly good businesses can do very well in recession because although the market size may drop good businesses compensate by taking bigger market shares as their competition struggle as we have seen with PVT.

A little worried they have deferred the deferred consideration - any views ?

Market cap just £12M after this rise, in my view MM should mark it up to 35p within the next month.

Research pays off, take a look at my ten for 2012 all unloved but this month we see WSG, NTA, PVT,CSS,AEO, TLY, all roaring.!!

PVT is valued to go bust, but should make good profits this year and trade on a pe of 12 14.

Just watch the re rating.

Very few of us bought in at 10p and even fewer on the way down from 30p.

30p is the first stop as fears of company going bust have proved so way off the mark.

Read the trading statement and see the director buying

Never take any notice of them, you need to see what this company can do[and is doing]

Your tip sheet bought in at an aver of 15p, so they are only just in the money.

Profits could hit £5M this year in my view, that would only be 5% of T/O
