("Pine Ventures" or the "Company")
Directorate Change
Pine Ventures is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Duschenes as
non-executive director of the Company. In addition, the Company announces that
Emma Myers has resigned as non-executive director, effective immediately, to
pursue other business interests. The directors would like to thank Ms Myers for
her contribution to the Company.
Marc Joel Duschenes, aged 33, is Chief Executive of Braemar Group plc, an AIM
quoted fund and property management company. He is also Chairman of Regenesis
Group plc, an AIM quoted specialist provider of short-term asset finance. He
was formerly Director of Sales/Trading and a retail analyst at Kleinwort Benson
Securities, part of the Dresdner/Allianz group of companies. Marc has joined
the board to further assist the Company in evaluating suitable target
companies.
As at the date of this announcement, Mr Duschenes holds 26,750,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.72 per cent. of the issued share capital
of Pine Ventures.
