Further to the announcements made by Petrol on 15 February 2012 and 12 March 2012, Petrol hereby announces that the listing of its EUR100,000,000 8.375 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2012 (ISIN: XS0271812447) (the "Existing Notes") on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the admission to trading of the Existing Notes on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Market") have been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, and its EUR100,000,000 8.375 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2017 (ISIN: XS0271812447) (the "New Notes")have been admitted to listing on the Official List and to trading on the Marketwith effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today.
