Petmin Limited (the "Company")
Issue of ordinary shares
Further to the Company's announcement of 4 November 2008 regarding dealings in securities by directors, 8,247,000 new ordinary shares in
the Company will be issued following the exercise of options and the issue of shares in the finalisation of the Springlake acquisition
concluded in November 2005. The remaining obligation to provide shares to directors, directors of subsidiaries and employees of the company
will be fulfilled through the use of 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company currently held in treasury.
Application will be made today for admission of these shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that they will be admitted for trading
on Tuesday 11 November 2008.
