Has to be a screaming buy as you will be getting Clontarf Energy shares on a 1 to 1 basis. Ghana looks like being a real winner, and they will own 60%. Also, depends what they say.

Zinc Bug- There will be an EGM called sometime soon,after the relist, the acquisition will go through and the name will be changed to Clontarf Energy.
Don't know any details.
