Notice is given by the Master Issuer to the Noteholders that the Seller, on 2 November 2015, intends to make a payment to Funding 2 pursuant to and in compliance with Clause 7.1(b) of the Mortgages Trust Deed in an amount necessary to repay the Funding 2 Z Loans down to the Funding 2 Z Loan Required Amount.

All defined terms used in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the Amended and Restated Master Definitions and Construction Schedule dated 19 October 2015.
