The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made allotments of
2,987,305 Ordinary 'C' Shares of 10p each in the Company under the offers for
subscription dated 7 October 2002.



Application will be made at the earliest practical opportunity  to the UK
Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to listing and
trading, which is expected to commence on 4 April 2003.
