Extension of Maturity Date of GBP1.2 million Convertible Redeemable Loan Notes
Further to its announcement of 12 December 2014, Peninsular Gold Limited announces that it has secured agreement from the holders of GBP1.2 million convertible redeemable loan notes issued by the Company to further extend the maturity date under the Loan Notes from 23 June 2015 until 31 December 2015.
As per the Company's announcement of 1 June 2015, the Group is continuing to negotiate arrangements with its banking syndicate and creditors in respect of its repayment obligations. The Company is continuing discussions with several interested parties as it also seeks to raise further funds during June.
