Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation of Pembridge Resources plc

London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company") announces that the Company has been formally placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation.

Further to previous announcements, the shareholders resolved at a meeting of members held on 12 June 2023 to place the Company into creditors voluntary liquidation. Creditors ratified the liquidation process at a subsequent meeting held on the same day.

Kevin Ley and Clare Lloyd of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BG have been appointed joint liquidators of the Company and will now be dealing with its affairs.

Following the appointment of the joint liquidators, Gati Al-Jebouri and Guy Le Bel tendered their resignations as directors of the Company.

A formal request will be made to the FCA for the shares of the Company to be de-listed as soon as practically possible.
