Frank McAllister said on the 4th of June that the company was close to submitting the required paperwork to the Ukla.

One can only guess why as of 19th September we have had no news as to listing time line.

Let's hope it is not too much longer.

Got it in a nut shell.

He thought it was going to be a cake walk, all his interviews came across that way and that is why he left us shareholders so frustrated.
I think it probably hit home to him after he got bent over with the first raise. Of course we got bent over as well.

He always struck me as being a smug public schoolboy with a big opinion of himself. That said, he put in place the Minto deal ....but seemingly did not recognise what effect that would have on the listing.

At last some movement.

Linsley kicked in to touch and not before time.
Hopefully this new guy can move us on and his first move is to thank shareholders for their patience. Linsley thought he was too good to utter those words.

Linsley has done well out of this. Glad to see the back of him.

Hi soulsace, I have emailed the company again this afternoon drawing particular attention to the paragraph below which appeared in the RNS dated 23/07/19:

“Pembridge is a mining company admitted to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE. Pembridge 100% owns Minto Explorations Ltd, a British Columbia incorporated business operating the Minto mine in Yukon, Canada.“

Seems they are obviously making as much of a meal of relisting as they did with the deal.

It’s a rather pointless exercise trying to pre-guess the opening price. We are locked in and can’t do anything until PERE re-lists -hopefully very soon. GLALTH
