PeerTV (PTV) has lost $32 million since it joined AIM just under 5 years ago. It continues to burn cash and lose money. Its sales are trivial and it is drowning in debt. Its shares therefore have no value at all. Even as a cash shell it would have no value since it has no cash and vast borrowings. It is worthless. Full stop. Yet recent weeks have seen the pumpers in full flow in another sordid and shocking tale from the AIM casino.

TR1 after TR1 has been issued showing an array of folks such as Leon Hogan - who was set to be a dire tor but withdrew as his colourful past emerged -

All the YA shares they are getting have been forward sold. I'm informed CSS have none currently and will be taken out for £40k privately.The dilution is stopping, the bod are going, bagging is happening.

it is hard to understand why a finance house would be willing to risk further sums of real money for chancy paper uless it thought the story would hold the price at least at this level to dump the stock . right?

they can pump out equity issue RNSes at will

there will be no end to this

year before it was one equity issue a month

over last year it became one equity issue a week

i'm expecting it to become one equity issue a day

PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market, and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions announces that it has issued 3,400,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 1.5056 pence per share to YA Global SPV Limited ("YAG") being a further net drawdown of £51,189 under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement announced on 30th July 2014.

The Advance Notice in respect of this drawdown was announced on 4th January 2016. YAG elected to reduce the amount of the drawdown from £68,000 to avoid exceeding the limits of its possible shareholding in the Company under the terms of the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement.

The issue price of the shares was determined based on the lowest Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) during the relevant pricing period which ended on 14th January 2016.

The Company is actively seeking alternative sources of financing.
