Ravi Rajagopal has decided not to seek re-appointment to the boards of Peabody Trust, Peabody Capital PLC and Peabody Capital No 2 PLC when his 3-year term comes to an end on 31 October 2023.

Ravi joined the Catalyst Housing Limited board as Chair in November 2020, and the Peabody Trust board when the two organisations joined together in April 2022.

David Hardy, Interim Chair of Peabody, said: "I fully understand Ravi's decision and am aware that some of his other roles and interests include international travel and a significant time commitment.
