PCGE have 800K cash which will last 18 months, provided they don't do anything stupid again.
The second placing so quickly after the first was simply because the offer was there and 'you never refuse cash'
the restructure following the CDPE disposal highly unusual but supported by AIM. Bodes well that RP will now turn things around having got rid of Nick. PCGE will be an operating business with a cash cushion now.
Football JV with Tianrung - ongoing. Quite simply, their tongues are tied. In China its a case of Do it, then tell'
RP very, very, very excited about China generally and he doesn't just mean Gold. Obviously very coy but reminded me how massive their China's 5 year plan is. right place, right time.
Jack intimated news soon on the JV gaming licence. Again sealed lips but get a very good feeling here.

GL all. Very happy to have met the whole team. Shame they couldn't say anything more but RP was a very popular guy and does seem to have the midas touch. Bottom line for me is that with plenty of cash, no more bad news and some very big opportunites in the pipeline for a £3mn company it is a no brainer for me at the current price.

Thanks BarnetPeter, now that's very different to what was being suggested.All businesses are in negotiations with various parties, suppliers, partners, customers, service providers.... and that is normal ongoing business.But that's very different to suggesting that a JV is a done deal (which would be notifiable in advance of yesterday)So in really, there is nothing to announce tomorrow.

ramping is inevitable. People have to be optimistic else thy would not buy. Not sure about making things up...the ceo confirmed yesterday that JV were in discussion.

Toolsmoker, there is NOTHING I'd like more than for this stock to rise, and rise significantly.I'm long on this share, I just don't understand why people have to exaggerate and make things up. That's called ramping!My main shareholding is in the gaming sector, it's GVC. You'll never see me post negatively about them.You'll never see me post negatively about PCGE either, once people on this board stop making ludicrous claims that never come to pass.Surely you can accept that there has been too much of that?

sounds a fair post to me.....no ramping intended at all (festario) but the JV news is real as I suggested here on Friday ...the CEO announcing it is on video above. A deal with a decent sized Chinese company and the price soars. We have a ceo with a real track record, over a million in cash and the right man in China. Just a hint of a deal and punters pile in here. Sure it may crash and burn of course but we have to be a bit patient!!
