Appointment of Jack Sun as a director of PCGE's Hong Kong subsidiary
PCGE today announced the appointment of Jack Sun as a director of PCGE's Hong Kong subsidiary, PCG Entertainment Ltd ("PCGEL").
Jack was, from early 2016 until the temporary suspension of operations following the dismissal of the Group's former Chief Executive Officer, PCGE's Chief Operating Officer in China (non-board). PCGEL is the Group's subsidiary which controls all of the Group's interests in China, both directly from Hong Kong and also via control of the Group's Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise ("WFOE") structure.
Jack Sun is not being appointed to the board of PCGE at this time.
PCGE Chairman Richard Poulden, commented: "It is great to welcome Jack back fully into the Group. He has done a tremendous job for us in his consulting role over the last year or so and I look forward to working closely with him once again in an executive capacity."
Prior to working with PCGE, Jack Sun was previously a board director for BETEX Group Plc ("BETEX"). At BETEX he led and won bids for government lottery contracts in three provinces, leading to GBP430 million per annum in revenues, and identified a number of new business opportunities for BETEX in China.
