guys - who is going to the AGM today? I see the RNS this morning. What is not clear is: have they gone out a second time to raise money and failed? or have they not gone out to raise money yet this time around?

fatfish: that's not technically correct, it is suspended so it is worth the last traded price (.75p) unless we're in the process of relisting on AIM?

also - i notice in my online broker account that my holding is now 0p - seeing as the stock has been suspended (but not yet delisted or switched to another exchange) i am a little confused as to why it has become 0p... any thoughts?

yes.directors have happily spent all the cash,got nowhere apart from a bit fatter and now cant raise anymore so have gone silent.

its difficult for me to really analyse this report but looks like we are hanging on by a thread here. £168k in bank for a listed company surely isnt enough to do much with going forward.

please let me know if any one can see more positives than i can from it.
