                           ("ParOS" or the "Company")

                       Liquidation of trading subsidiary

Following the disposal of the principal trading subsidiary on 28 March 2008, the
Company has now also decided to liquidate ParOS Technology EPE ("ParOS EPE"),
the Company's only other trading subsidiary, which is based in Athens, Greece.

The liquidation of ParOS EPE is in line with the Company's new investment
strategy announced on 11 March 2008.
