Directorate Change
Following the completion of the disposal of the principal trading subsidiary on
4 April 2008, the Company announces that Professor Pistikopoulos has resigned
as a Director with immediate effect. This resignation is in line with the
Company's new strategy announced on 11 March 2008.
The Company announces that Laura Avigdori is stepping down as non-executive
Director of ParOS with immediate effect to pursue other business interests. The
Company would like to thank Laura for all her contributions to the Company
during her time on the board.
Joseph Berkshire King, 63, will replace Mrs Avigdori as non-executive Director
of the Company with immediate effect. He is Managing Partner at Hamilton
Associates Limited, a financial consulting firm in London, and Managing
Director at Regent Pacific Management Corporation, an international firm
specialising in corporate recovery and renewal headquartered in California. He
has an extensive background in technology finance and corporate transactions
advisory, most recently as Managing Director and Head of European Investment
Banking with Bear Stearns International in London. Mr King holds a MBA from
Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is a
Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.
Mr King has confirmed that there are no other matters to be disclosed in
relation to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
