03/5/2009 18:18 | ...so probably it's worth to make some research in regards to RTO's company before suspension will be lifted - www.worldlinkits.com | waleriuszwatrobka
25/4/2009 18:06 | By the way, patrick mcHugh is a very approachable gentleman,If any of you want to contact him. tj. | tobyjug
25/4/2009 16:41 | yeah much less steps and cheaper / less expensive. what you can do is look at the number of AIM companies that have listed over the last 6 months. a fraction of what it used to be. understandably so but nevertheless. | tomboyb
25/4/2009 15:25 | ...so I've heard that RTO is currently the only way to get onto AIM. | waleriuszwatrobka
25/4/2009 12:59 | hi ww. i have had a look at ZGP. has'nt it done rather well. under 2p to 15p. 7 bagger. dogs do bark and it seems to me that listing and IPOs are almost impossible. | tomboyb
25/4/2009 12:55 | ...one example of recently made RTO is one of my dogs Z Group, so hopefully the story will repeat on PARO - check Z Group's/Avisen charts since they announce RTO back last year if I am not wrong. | waleriuszwatrobka
25/4/2009 12:27 | well well it looks like an RTO for PARO. It has become impossible or almost to that effect to list on AIM. It seems to me that shell companies will be in demand as companies that do want to list will start to take the RTO route. Simply a much cheaper way to do so. imo. | tomboyb
24/4/2009 17:43 | Same here! Looks like our faith (nerve..) is about to be rewarded. | unconscious
24/4/2009 17:18 | ...happy days, in meantime have a look on ICX, guys, potential multibagger just re-born ;-) | waleriuszwatrobka
24/4/2009 16:19 | Hi dorset, my certs were tucked away, but always within easy reach! tj. | tobyjug
24/4/2009 16:08 | Well well, after all this time it does look like things are going to start moving. Am surprised by the lack of comments on here but I guess everyone had put their certs in the bottom drawer. | dorset64
24/4/2009 13:49 | ...you are completely right, T and and like sound of this bit "The board of ParOS intends to complete the proposed acquisition as soon as practically possible.", onwards and upwards. | waleriuszwatrobka
24/4/2009 10:11 | WW, As I hoped, my faith in The chairman patrick mcHugh has come good,he has pulled a rabbit out of the hat and should be congratulated for all his hard work. onward and upward! tj. | tobyjug
30/3/2009 08:09 | "ParOS says a 'considerable amount of work has yet to be undertaken' to conclude a proposed reverse takeover, having signed non-legally binding heads of terms on 25 February." ...so it seems that there is still a hope in this dog, so let's wait those another 6 months, gl ;-) | waleriuszwatrobka
27/3/2009 16:26 | I was hoping we would have heard something by today,at least. | tobyjug
24/3/2009 17:03 | ...yeah, you are right but it won't change anything but give us additional pain of seeing this dog amongst other shares held in our accounts ;-) | waleriuszwatrobka
24/3/2009 16:22 | There is still up to 6 months after 28/3/09 before shares are cancelled. tj. Under the AIM Rules, the Company will have to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover or otherwise implement the above investing strategy to the satisfaction of the London Stock Exchange within twelve months of having received the consent of Shareholders at the General Meeting, failing which trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended for up to six months. If a reverse takeover has not been made by that time trading in the Company's shares will be cancelled. | tobyjug
24/3/2009 16:07 | ...not much time left for the take-off and to be honest I lost the faith that anything positive will happened in the last 3 trading days, but it doesn't really make any difference as I wrote this off some time ago and don't believe in miracles, at least not in stock market :-( | waleriuszwatrobka
23/3/2009 17:30 | As a long term holder I'm staying in and now treating it like a weekend flutter on the horses with very long odds. Miracles do happen and even a hint of positive news would see this take off like a rocket! If not then oh well, some you win, some you loose! | unconscious
23/3/2009 10:25 | One way or another this is the week ! | tobyjug
17/3/2009 16:39 | ...8 trading days left till suspension - is there any hope for an acquisition ?!? | waleriuszwatrobka
09/3/2009 22:57 | I tried a dummy 1 million buy not long after todays trade and was quoted the same price, so have to assume it was indeed a buy. | unconscious |
